What This Does

An outreach worker searches for available beds on their phone. Before real-time availability, outreach workers spent hours to days making phone calls to find a bed (NBC San Diego, 2025). They see what's open right now, hold a bed in three taps, and the shelter coordinator knows they're coming. The platform protects domestic violence shelter locations through an opaque-token DV referral path — DV referrals carry no client name and no address, ever. It's free, open-source, and self-hosted — your community owns its data.

Demo accounts across three CoC tenants — 17 total. dev-coc has five roles (two CoC Admins, Outreach Worker, DV Coordinator, DV Outreach Worker). dev-coc-west and dev-coc-east each add a Coordinator role for six total per tenant. CoC Admins have full tenant control; Outreach Workers do frontline bed search and reservations; DV roles handle privacy-preserving referrals. Sign in as any user to experience that role's view.
